300 mq

“Located at the top floor of a 1930’s building, this apartment is floaded with light; a strong warm, grey colour was chosen for the living area, including walls, doors, windows and furniture with a touch of black.

For the night area, separated by wooden partitions, a milky white colour
has been selected. All the furniture is custom designed using soft linen fabrics for the sofas and curtains, juxtaposed with the contemporary art and antiques as part of the owners collections.”
This flat has been renovated maintaining the original 1930’s marble floors and  over the 4 meters ceilings according to the technique of stucco on a pipe chamber.

The furnishings are a blend of antique and modern, with objects have been belonging to the home for generations and the owners' collection of contemporary art.  Dominant colours are: grey, for a relaxing atmosphere, light blue and burgundy red, with touches of black and bright yellow.
